I purchased a PC Cleaner for a year, but then I found out I had to shell out more cash to get it activated. Steer clear of this company because they don’t give you anything for your first payment except for the need to keep spending monthly.

I've been using CC Cleaner for over a decade. When I first got it, I purchased the Professional version that promised lifetime updates, and for years, everything was smooth sailing. But then, out of nowhere in 2022, it just expired. This company has turned shady and untrustworthy.

Cracker, pirate... it's all about legitimate defense. Plus, there’s some denial of service going on...

I asked for a year at $36, but after providing my credit card details, they tacked on an extra $20. Then, I found out the program wouldn’t work until an agent could access my computer. No chance! I’ve asked for my money back, but still haven’t seen a dime.

This program is really helpful. It makes things a lot easier.

Whoa! I'm super let down! I attempted to set up this software, and my antivirus alerted me about some malware! I reached out to the support team for PC Cleaner, and they wanted to access my computer remotely! No way! I asked for a refund, but they turned me down. Seriously, steer clear of this item.

I was all set to ditch my desktop since it was crawling along, but after I put PC Cleaner on it, it feels like a brand new machine. I gotta admit, it took a couple of weeks to reach its current performance, but I noticed a big change right from the start.

I set up the product, but it didn’t work as I thought. After uninstalling and asking for a refund, I found out it was a tech issue with my Dell Laptop, not a cleaning issue. PC Cleaner didn’t waste any time and processed my full refund right away. I’m really impressed with their professional approach, and I’ve heard their product is fantastic! Overall, a great experience with this company.

Seriously, steer clear of this software! I recently got the 1-year service for PC Cleaner, and they dangled a lifetime upgrade to PC Cleaner Pro in front of me. Ended up getting charged for both the yearly plan and the lifetime deal, which set me back nearly $200. After installing it, my internet started acting up, so I decided to run a virus and malware check using ESET. To my shock, I found out that PC Cleaner had malware, and ESET ended up deleting it from all four of my computers! When I reached out to PC Cleaner about the extra charges, they completely ignored me. And when I brought up the malware problem, they just laughed it off and claimed it was impossible.

I purchased the upgrade for Total PC Cleaner via the Microsoft Store. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate the download file I had paid for. The upgrade didn't enhance the free version, which honestly isn't that great.

Getting in touch with support is a hassle since I can only do it through MS Outlook, and I don't use that.

What a ridiculous waste of cash!

I've been using PC Cleaner Pro for nearly four years now, and I can't recommend it enough, even if you're relying on Windows Defender, McAfee, Norton, or Avast. It managed to fix 48,880 infected files and eliminate the Malware/Virus/Trojan that those antivirus programs overlooked. Plus, a cool feature is that you can run a full PC scan using a USB Flash Drive.

I've given a bunch of these a go, and honestly, this one takes the cake. It'd be great if they included a Shutdown option after a complete clean, kinda like what CCleaner offers.

Avoid This Site. They took my credit card info, claimed it wasn’t approved, and then charged my card three times before I had to cancel it. They won’t respond to emails acknowledging that their site is compromised. Be careful, folks!

I was taken aback by how they handled my call. Just a few days later, they showed up at my place, and after their help, my computer was running like it just came outta the box!
